Easter Trail Mix

This Easter Trail mix is the perfect thing to bring on a spring road trip or camping excursion. Mostly healthy... with the requisite dose of chocolate!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Blanched Almonds
  • 1 ½ cups Mini Eggs
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 cup Pepitas
  • 1 cup Dried Apricot
  • 1 cup Coconut Chips
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
  • Transfer to an airtight container for storage, or portion out into smaller containers.
    We’ll usually measure ½ cup amounts into snack size Ziplock baggies.

Notes

Store at room temperature - out of direct sunlight - for up to 3 months.
